        Time was spent reviewing the flow diagram. Questions raised and answered.

3.     Partakers for a new subcommittee to progress the lease.
       All agreed that a small subcommittee should be formed to progress further.
       New subcommittee members are: Tina W, David S, Dominick F, Mark S & Marie S.

4.     Date/Time for subcommittee to progress the lease.
       Tina W has liaised with members from the YMCA who specialise in changing of 

       Charity's structure. Date to be arranged for the YMCA to talk to all of the group.
