9e. Locate deeds and lease for the Village Hall
It was agreed this item needs an extraordinary meeting
held to move this forward urgently. Meeting booked for

16. Bus stop update.
Received a report from Senior Transport Officer S. Flacks declining
our request to move the school bus stop on the return journey.
Hunt Coaches are concerned about parked cars which would cause
an obstruction. The response from the Senior Transport officer was a
single line and not the report we were expecting. No risk assessment
attached. We believe this is the minimum requirements considering it is
a health and safety matter. Members of the Parish are extremely
dissatisfied at the response from Hunts Coaches as Emergency
Services, Refuse lorries don’t have any issues with access.
Cllr Matthews advised the parish to send an email to him raising our
concerns again.

Notices to be placed around the village and on Facebook to ask the
community to inform Parish Council of any fireworks happening.
