No members of the public attended.

AGM

Conformation of Councillors allocated to the Parish Council

It was discussed that as this was our first AGM, and that councillors were only allocated to the

Parish Council in January 2022 therefor there was no need to re-elect.

 

End of year Chairmans Report

Chairman reiterated the manor of which the council was reformed. 

Leading on to achievements to date.  Reorganised the way in which the banks accounts are 

accessed/managed. 

We have rejoined LALC including the training option.  

The councillors are being encouraged to take up the training in the first year. 

We have started to review planning applications. 

We are discussing with the educational transport regarding moving the school bus stop which is on

 going. 

 Through consultation with Anglia Sewage Company we have managed to get the west end of

 school lane drains cleared of blockages which had resulted in foul smell in the area.   

Recently have secured finding from East Lindsey council for Queens Platinum

Jubilee/Community enhancements.

No income received from precept 2021/22

Received £20 rent

Interest received 12p

Expenditure 

LALC Subs £72.63, Office expenses £5.70 & Internal Audit £30

Closing balance £1,943.40 

A discussion was held on Fixed Assets and why they don’t depreciate.

After consultation with professional accountants we have been advised not

to depreciate the assets.
