31.     Chair welcome and open meeting

33.    Approve previous minutes (24/05/22).

34.    Matters arising from previous minutes:

          9e.     Locate deeds and lease for the Village Hall. - Action D Stovin

          Obtained contact though LALC. Enquiries made to solicitor who specialises in deeds for

          communities. Costing to be sort.

          16. Bus stop update

           Seeking a written report from Senior Transport Offer Samantha Flacks who has declined our

           request to move the bus stop verbally. 

           18. Community Awareness.

            Notices to be placed around the village and on Facebook to ask the community to inform

            Parish Council of any fireworks happening - Action T Wood    

            27. Neighbourhood watch.

            It was discussed that we could make enquires to whether ‘Neighbourhood Watch’ is

            something that still happens.  - Action T Wood

            28. Defibrillator Training.

             Enquires made to see if a training course can be completed at the village hall for

             any resident in the village.  Waiting on confirmation.

             31. Queens Platinum Jubilee.

             Funding was made available to all Parish Councils in the East Lindsey district for the Queens

             Platinum Jubilee or Community enhancements.  We managed to secure a grant of £1000.

             Discussion held for allocation of monies. The decision was agreed to buy a re-cycled plastic

             (sustainable material) and plaque commemorating the Platinum Jubilee, for placement in the

             village green. The balance of the monies to go to the village hall project to replace the doors

            and windows.  To investigate cost.  - Action M Steed (Mr)

            Public meeting (24.5.22) - Correspondence received from Aby Fly Fishers suggesting that

            the parish council make a request to erect signage to highlight soft verges or to give way to

            on coming traffic signs.  An email to be drafted and sent to highways regarding this

            matter - Action T Wood
