Chair to sign Declaration of Acceptance of Office - Signed by Chair.
Sign off previous AGM minutes from 2025 - Approved and signed off by Chair.
End of year Chairmans Report
Successful year, thank you for your support.
Special thanks to the Clerk Marie and the RFO Paula.
Managed to maintain the precept the same as last year.
Completed the Post project for the village green.
Finally managed to get a report from Platform housing regarding New Street after a lot of chasing.
End of Year RFO Report
We started the year on 1st April 2025 with a bank balance of £2196.08
Total Income for the year was £2084.18 made up of:
• Precept £2000.00
• Bank Interest £43.01
• VAT recovered £21.17
• Rent £20.00
Total expenditure for the year was £1605.60 consisting of:
• Subscriptions (LALC) £93.90
• Insurance £685.23
• Grass Cutting £360.00
• Aby Village Hall Room Hire £140.00
• Security Post & sign £326.47
At the year-end 31st March 2026, the bank balance was £2674.66
The fixed asset valuation remains at £138,073.00.
As the income and expenditure are both under £25,000.00 the accounts are exempt from
external audit.
