Parish Council Meeting
147. Chair welcomed and opened the meeting

149. Approve previous minutes 15/12/25 - Approved and signed.
150. Matters arising from previous minutes
90. Village Green - Key holders and process, to access the green agreed.
Information on how to access the green to be placed at the entrance.
Action - chair to organise.
The entrance of the green should be 3 meters for the tractor to enter.
94. VH Update - British Damp proofing invited back as we believe we still have
an issue with this. Contractor to advise next steps.
146. New Street - Feedback given to residents as a result of the vote at last
meeting. Residents do not want to take this any further at this point.
Chased platform housing regarding a report. Update promised 19/3/26.

Approved payment £30 (Hire Village Hall for meeting)
Approved payment £180 To fit post in Village Green
Approved payment £93.90 LALC Subs
Approved payment £685.23 Insurance
Action: Chair to approach Mr Milligan to ask if he still is available to cut the grass
this year, and to inform RFO of the decision, payment was approved £180 for
grass cutting as a contribution towards costs.
152. Dog Fouling - Discussed and agreed action that Cllr Stone to research extra
signage and report back prior to purchasing.
153. Planning application for Mr & Mrs Wilkinson - Discussed and no objections
154. Speeding Signs - Discussed pros and cons for having two along Main Road.
Also the possibility of obtaining a grant to purchase these. It was agreed further
decision required.
