131.     Matters arising from previous minutes

    90. Village Green - Councillors agreed that a post can be purchased along with the necessary

    items required to complete the job. 

    It was noted that a resident had accessed his back garden via the village green using digger and a

    dumper truck to erect a garage.

    It was raised that the clerk should contact LALC regarding how to define land 

    boundaries/ownership to the Parish Council.

    94. VH Update - Funds due to be received mid June 2025 for addressing the damp course

    112. Vacancies on the Parish Council - clerk to remain in position for the time being

132.    Financial Matters

    AGAR forms to be signed. - Reviewed and signed

    Annual Governance Statement for approval - Approved

    Accounting Statements for approval - Approved

    Exercise of Public Rights - date to be set - Date set

    Accounts from 1st April - Reviewed    

    Approve payment for hire VH £30 - Approved

133.     Co-option of new councillors

    The following applications have been received from Susan Stokes and David Stokes.

    Susan Stokes was preposed by the chair and seconded by Marie Steed

    David Stokes was preposed by the chair and seconded by Paula Parker

    Clerk to send relevant paperwork to new councillors to complete

134.     Policies

    Policies required to be reviewed by all councillors and signed off at next meeting.

AOB:    A request was put in for a family member to use his metal detector on the village green.

    A permission agreement by the National Council for Metal Detecting was signed and

          and all councillors agreed. The agreement will be in force from 28/5/25 to 28/5/26
